Additive Innovations Partners With Wholesale Sugar Flowers and SugarOMG to Deliver Food-Grade 3D Printed Products

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Jasper, Georgia, April 25, 2025 – Additive Innovations LLC (“Additive Innovations”) entered into a service bureau operating agreement (the “Agreement”) with Provenance Holdings, Inc. (also doing business as Wholesale Sugar Flowers (“WSF”) to re-introduce to market its proprietary 3D printed food-grade products. Additive Innovations is a technical leader in the development and proliferation of binder jetting technologies to market. WSF is a leading provider of quality sugar flowers, icing decorations, dragees, nonpareils, sprinkles, confetti, edible glitter, and other confectionary goods. Under the Agreement, WSF will operate certain food-grade 3D printing hardware supplied by Additive Innovations in its Jasper, Georgia facility utilizing Additive Innovations propriety materials and leveraging its library of creative designs for edible products. WSF intends to facilitate this line of business through its subsidiary and e-commerce site, SugarOMG (www.sugaromg.com).
